Lesson Terms

Our terms are based on the public school dates. However we do not break for holidays between Term 3 and 4 (unless otherwise advised) due to our Annual performance being in late November.


Terms can vary in length from 8-12 weeks.  Fees are adjusted accordingly over the whole year so that fees remain the same for each term.

 

Invoices
Invoices are given to students in Week 1 and payment is required by Week 4.

*The preferred method of payment is by direct deposit or credit card.


If you are having difficulty paying your account, please speak directly to Lisa Innis (8336 3221), do not discuss these issues during class times. 

 

Direct debit instalments options are available upon application.

 

Refunds
As overheads remain the same regardless of attendance, fees are non refundable for classes missed or if your child does not complete the whole term.


Classes cancelled by the Academy (due to teacher sickness etc) will be refunded to your next term’s account.
Families with three or more children enrolled only pay for the first two children’s performance classes.
Lifetime members (15 years) do not pay for Performance Classes.
